Our Mission

Enterprise-grade clarity.
Without the enterprise cost.

Most SMEs and private companies are trapped between two bad options: expensive, over-engineered software suites that were never built for their scale — or a tangle of spreadsheets, emails, and manual follow-ups that bleeds time and creates risk.

Adonis CRM was built for the gap in between. We design and implement lightweight, AI-assisted workflows that bring real commercial discipline to your contracts, supply chain, and client operations — built around how your business actually works, not a generic template.

Our practice is grounded in two decades of operational experience across UAE energy, marine, and technical services sectors, underpinned by MCIArb-accredited expertise in commercial contracts and procurement. We understand what is at stake in a missed clause or a delayed approval — because we have seen it.

What We Do

Three practice areas.
One connected system.

We focus on the three commercial areas where small and private companies lose the most time, money, and control — and we connect them so nothing falls through the gaps.

Contracts & Legal Workflows

Stop losing time and money to slow approval cycles, missed obligations, and disorganised contract records. We design structured, automated workflows that keep every contract moving — from first draft to final signature.

  • Automated drafting and approval routing
  • AI-assisted clause and obligation review
  • Renewal and expiry alert systems
  • Audit-ready status tracking
  • NDAs, service agreements, POs & more

Supply Chain & Procurement

For businesses managing vendors, orders, and logistics without a full ERP, we build lightweight procurement automations that give you real-time visibility without expensive software licences.

  • Auto-generated purchase orders from approvals
  • Delivery tracking and ETA dashboards
  • PO / GRN / invoice mismatch alerts
  • Vendor communication pipelines
  • SLA and contract expiry monitoring

CRM & Client Operations

Replace scattered emails, spreadsheets, and manual follow-ups with a simple, connected client management system that shows you exactly where every relationship stands — without the complexity of large SaaS CRMs.

  • Client onboarding and follow-up automation
  • WhatsApp, email & payment tool integration
  • Lead, order & invoice pipeline visibility
  • Support and escalation workflows
  • Built on tools your team already uses

How It Works

From first call to working system — fast.

We follow a simple, four-stage process designed to get you to a working automation quickly, with minimal disruption to your team.

1
Days 1–5

Discovery & Mapping

We sit with your team — virtually or in person — to map your current workflows in contracts, sales, and operations, and identify your highest-priority pain points.

2
Days 5–15

Pilot Design

We build and test one to three priority workflows against real data from your business — for example, contract request → draft → approval → execution tracking. You see a working checkpoint mid-build, not a black box.

3
Days 15–25

Deployment & Training

We hand over a working system with clear documentation and practical admin training so your team can own, operate, and maintain it from day one.

4
Ongoing

Ongoing Support

We offer light monthly maintenance and as-needed updates to refine your automations as your business grows and your processes evolve.

Who We Help

Built for small and private companies in the Gulf.

Adonis CRM is not for Fortune 500 companies with IT departments. We work with lean, ambitious businesses that need real commercial control without enterprise overhead.

  • Technical services firms managing project contracts, sub-contractors, and SLAs across multiple clients.
  • Regional distributors and trading companies dealing with vendor purchase orders, delivery tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Professional and advisory firms needing structured client onboarding, engagement letter management, and follow-up automation.
  • E-commerce and product businesses managing supplier contracts, order pipelines, and customer communications across multiple channels.
  • Any SME or private company that relies too heavily on manual processes and disconnected tools — and knows there is a better way.

Why Adonis CRM

Not a software vendor.
A commercial partner.

Unlike generic SaaS platforms, we build workflows around your business — not the other way around. Here is what that means in practice.

01

Tailored to your processes

We build around your terminology, your approval stages, and your existing tools. No migration headaches, no forced licence packages.

02

MCIArb contract expertise

Our practice is anchored in a practitioner-level understanding of commercial contracts, obligations, and procurement risk — not just software configuration.

03

Cost-effective delivery

We use low-code and no-code tools to keep implementation costs low and maintenance simple. Only pay for what your business actually needs.

04

Integrated across silos

Contracts, supply chain, and CRM are treated as one connected system — not three separate tools. Fewer gaps. Better visibility.

05

UAE & Gulf experience

Two decades operating in the UAE's energy, marine, and technical services sectors means we understand regional commercial realities, not just global theory.

06

Clear, transparent engagements

Fixed-scope pilots, defined deliverables, manageable monthly costs. No open-ended retainers or scope creep. You always know what you are getting.

From the Founder

Built for the gap in between.

I spent two decades in UAE energy, marine, and technical services — long enough to watch a lot of SMEs get sold software they didn't need and couldn't use. Adonis CRM was built for the gap in between: lightweight, contract-aware systems designed around how teams actually work. MCIArb-accredited. Based in Dubai. Working across the Gulf.

When you work with Adonis CRM, you work directly with me — from discovery call to handover. Decisions land in hours, not weeks.

How We Compare

The right-sized option for Gulf SMEs.

Not every business needs an enterprise licence — and not every workflow fits a template. Here is where Adonis CRM sits, honestly.

Enterprise platforms are excellent for enterprises. If you are a 500-person company with a RevOps team, you should probably buy one. If you are a 10–100-person Gulf business, you are who we built this for.

Common Questions

Straight answers, before you even ask.

What does an engagement cost?

Pilot engagements start from USD 4,000 (roughly AED 15,000), fixed scope with defined deliverables. Larger multi-workflow implementations are quoted as a fixed number before we start. Ongoing support runs as a modest monthly care plan. You always know the number before we begin — no open-ended retainers, and the system you pay for is yours.

Do you mark up software licences or AI usage costs?

No. Licences and AI usage are billed at cost or paid by you directly to the provider — you see the real numbers. Our fee is for design, build, and commercial judgment, not resale margin. It also means we have no incentive to push you onto tools you don’t need.

How long until we have a working system?

From discovery call to a working pilot is typically three to four weeks. We deliberately start with a fixed-scope pilot so you see the system running on your real workflows before committing to anything ongoing.

Do we have to replace the tools we already use?

No — that is rather the point. We build around what already works in your business: WhatsApp Business, email, Zoho, QuickBooks, DocuSign, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace. The system connects and disciplines your existing tools instead of forcing a migration.

Who owns the system, the data, and the workflows?

You do. Your data, your workflow definitions, and your integrations are yours outright, built on lightweight, portable foundations. If we ever part ways, you keep a working system and a full export — no hostage clauses.

Where is our data hosted?

By default, on infrastructure in-region or on hosting you already control — and we can deploy onto your own servers where data-residency requirements demand it. We are happy to walk through the specifics for your industry during discovery.

How is this different from just buying Salesforce or Zoho?

Those are platforms; this is a practice. Enterprise suites are priced and engineered for enterprises, and generic CRM setups leave your actual workflows — contracts, approvals, renewals, WhatsApp threads — outside the system. We design around how your business really runs, with commercial judgment behind every workflow, not just software configuration.

Can’t we just use ChatGPT or Claude ourselves?

For drafting the odd email — absolutely, and you should. But a chat window is not a system. It doesn’t know your contracts, doesn’t route approvals, doesn’t chase renewals at 2am, and leaves no audit trail. What we build is the machinery around the models: your workflows, your data, your rules — with the AI layer designed to be swappable, so you’re never locked to one provider. The model is the easy part; the system is the work.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

We assume it will, and design for it. Anything that matters commercially — a contract clause, a client message, a payment approval — goes through a human checkpoint before it acts. The AI drafts, flags, and prepares; your team decides. That discipline comes from twenty years of seeing what a missed clause costs, and it’s why we don’t build fully hands-off systems for contractual work.

What happens after the pilot?

Most clients move to a monthly care plan: monitoring, small workflow changes as your business evolves, a monthly owner's report, and a quarterly review. It is deliberately affordable — the point is a system that keeps pace with your business, not a recurring invoice you resent.

Who is behind Adonis CRM?

Philip Shane — two decades in UAE energy, marine, and technical services, MCIArb-accredited in commercial contracts and arbitration, based in Dubai. You can verify the MCIArb credential with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The practice combines that commercial judgment with modern AI-assisted delivery.
